HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud
His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz Bin Nasser Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud completed his doctorate from Al Zeituna University in Tunis. HRH Prince Abdulaziz Bin Nasser has worked with the Ministry of Interior in Saudi Arabia in various capacities, among them were; Head of the Industrial Security Council, Commander of the Security Unit, deputy commander of the security of the Embassies, director of statistics and follow-up operations, director of training & programs, and director of operations. His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz is considered an expert in defense & security areas. He has numerous commercial companies, including Zaff International, AbdulAziz establishment for trade, Al Khususiya Trading company, and Industrial Scientific Arabia Company, among others.

Ahmed Bashir
Mr. Ahmed Bashir, President/ CEO, Aviation Systems Management LLC (ASM), has over twenty years of experience in strategic business management. His experience has involved operational & financial management, the negotiation and financing of acquisitions, and the development & implementation of strategic plans and strategic planning processes. He has wide-ranging experiences in international business & corporate development, strategic sourcing & offshore development, key relationship management, aviation management and information technology. Mr. Bashir’s previous experiences include President & CEO of Defense Consultants International (an MTC Technologies company; NASDAQ: MTCT), and President & CEO of Innovative Aviation. He has served as a consultant and advisor to various companies including Chrysler Technologies Corp. (later acquired by L-3 Com), Page AvJet Corporation & its parent company BBA Group Plc, and Mitsubishi International Corporation, among others. Mr. Bashir has authored various articles on aviation management and aircraft completions in leading aviation and aerospace magazines, and has served on the Boards of several companies and civic organizations.

Masiuddin Ahmed, Finance & Administration Manager
Mr. Ahmed is an MBA graduate of the International Institute of Management in Belgium. He has a strong background in operational planning and financial management. His undergraduate work was in business, earning a BBA degree. In addition to accounting skills and experiences, he is strong in financial modeling, and Program Management support and cost accounting. His duties include contract administration and governmental compliance.

Steve Townes, President & CEO, Louis Berger Services, Inc.
Mr. Townes is an aerospace entrepreneur with over 32 years’ experience running large scale aviation services operations in both the military and civilian arenas. Prior to selling the company to Berger Group, he was the CEO of Ranger International Services Group, a company that tripled in size in 3 years to over 1,000 technical professionals, including a substantial strategic footprint in the Middle East. As CEO and founder of Ranger Aerospace (a Private Equity management company that he founded), he has led Ranger’s award-winning efforts since its 1997 inception in the successful acquisition and growth of various companies in the aerospace/defense sector. Ranger has deployed over $400 Million in various buy/sell events, and has created over 2,600 new permanent jobs over the years. Noteworthy Ranger successes: Aircraft Service Intl Group grew to over 4200 employees (www.asig.com), and Keystone Helicopter was tripled in size (www.keystonehelicopter.com). In each success, the companies were ultimately sold to huge strategic buyers, just as Ranger International has become Louis Berger Services Inc. While earning superior quality rankings in those ventures, Ranger also yielded up to 51% “IRR” to institutional equity investors. Townes is a West Point graduate (engineering), earned an MBA at Long Island University, and is a PMD alumnus of Harvard Business School. He earned the coveted Eisenhower Award upon graduation from West Point, and served in the Army’s Rangers as a young officer before commencing his distinguished aerospace career. Townes also trained as a “Lancero” in Colombia, South America, has extensive international experiences in Latin America, Europe, and the Middle East, and is multi-lingual.
Steve Hanvey, President, Berger TechWorks
Mr. Hanvey has more than 40 years of experience in the aerospace marketplace. He is a well-known senior executive in both Department of Defense and commercial aerospace design and sustaining engineering, testing & certification. His senior level leadership experiences created new engineering solutions and substantial scale at Beechcraft/Raytheon Aircraft, Hughes/McDonnell Douglas, and Piaggio USA. Hanvey holds numerous aviation awards including Naval Test Center Test Pilot of the Year in 1978, two time-to-climb World Class Records, Aviation Week magazine’s Laurel Award in 1994, JH "Jimmy" Doolittle Award 1995 (Society of Experimental Test Pilots) and Aviation International News magazine’s Top 10 Newsmakers in 1995 and 2002. He holds a BS degree in Engineering from the US Naval Academy, graduated from Claremont University’s Advanced Management Program and performed master’s degree work in Systems Analysis at the University of Southern California and aerodynamics at the USN Test Pilot School. As a subsidiary business unit of Ranger International, Hanvey has built-up Berger TechWorks to become a substantial provider of engineering services, aircraft technical programs, airfield equipment capabilities, and Program Management services for government customers, airlines MRO centers, and aviation service clients.
